Dear Alicia, Aimee, Karen, and Kelly,

My name is Rishi Dhanasekaran, and I am a senior at Souderton Area High School, Class of 2025. I will be attending Georgia Tech this fall to pursue a degree in Biomedical Engineering.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to you and the Win the Days Warriors organization for selecting me as the recipient of the 2025 Win the Days Warriors Scholarship. I am truly honored.

During my freshman year, my mother was diagnosed with ALS, a terminal illness. Her condition has since progressed significantly; she is now completely bedridden and nonverbal, requiring constant care. This has placed a profound emotional, mental, and financial strain on our family. Despite the challenges at home, I am committed to moving forward and giving my best each day.

This scholarship will significantly ease some of the financial burden on my parents and allow me to pursue my college education.
